Parres 0 the premise is to use only the simplest mechanics of producing moving images. 2067 still frames, when projected at 24 frames per second, are compacted into one roll of film wich lasts 86 seconds. Instead of using the roll of film as a real time sequence, the camera is used as a still camera, in which every frame is a different still photograph, which in turn join into a long series of collages depicting the town.
